Choose professional mobile blood collection, a defined health profile, an ongoing Health MOT or nurse led cardiovascular monitoring. Each service is designed to help you understand and track selected aspects of your health at home or work. Enter your postcode to see one complete appointment price.
We collect samples, complete agreed measurements, discuss factual results and signpost you to your GP or another appropriate service.
We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or advise medication changes. Private testing does not replace GP, NHS, specialist or emergency care.
A calm mobile collection service for recognised private kits and existing clinician requests.
We can collect samples for Medichecks, Numan, Optimale, Thriva, Balance My Hormones and other recognised providers.
Professional collection when you already have a valid request form or agreed clinical test menu.
Before booking: Your kit must contain the correct tubes, labels, forms and return packaging. The £35 fee covers collection; laboratory testing is separate unless it is included in an Orchis IV package.
Each package has defined markers, a structured history, secure results, nurse led factual explanation and appropriate signposting.
Comprehensive private monitoring for diabetes risk or established diabetes, alongside usual clinical care.
Measurements: blood pressure, heart rate, weight, BMI, waist measurement and body composition.
Laboratory tests: HbA1c, glucose, full lipid profile, urea and electrolytes with eGFR, and urine albumin to creatinine ratio.
Assessment: basic foot and circulation observation within competence, medication and adherence history, lifestyle and symptom review, structured summary and GP or prescriber signposting. This package does not replace an NHS annual diabetes review.
A broad cardiovascular and metabolic profile combining blood markers, measurements and heart screening.
Measurements: full wellness vital signs, postural blood pressure where indicated and body composition.
Laboratory tests: HbA1c, full lipid profile, urea and electrolytes with eGFR, liver function, high sensitivity CRP, and urine ACR.
Heart and pathway: resting 12 lead ECG, cardio respiratory symptom review, risk factor review and structured summary. Lipoprotein(a) and 24 hour ABPM are optional additions.
A comprehensive female health baseline covering metabolic, organ, thyroid and common deficiency markers.
Laboratory tests: full blood count, HbA1c, full lipid profile, urea and electrolytes with eGFR, liver function, TSH and FT4, ferritin, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and serum folate.
Assessment: health concerns, energy, hair, mood, weight, cycle, medication and supplement history, followed by a structured results summary and GP signposting where appropriate.
PCOS, perimenopause and fertility questions need their own clinical context, so they remain separate targeted profiles rather than being represented by a single universal hormone panel.
A comprehensive clinician supported profile for symptoms compatible with polycystic ovary syndrome.
Laboratory tests: LH, FSH, total testosterone, SHBG, prolactin, TSH, HbA1c and a full lipid profile.
Assessment: cycle irregularity, acne, excess hair growth, weight and fertility history, with a factual results explanation and appropriate GP or specialist signposting.
This profile cannot diagnose PCOS by itself. Diagnosis requires clinical criteria and consideration of other possible causes.
A symptom led review with selected blood tests and structured signposting.
Laboratory tests: FSH, oestradiol, TSH, FT4, ferritin and vitamin D, used only where age, history and clinical context make testing appropriate.
Assessment: cycle changes, sleep, mood, hot flushes, fatigue and wellbeing, with cardiovascular, metabolic and bone health signposting and a structured summary for your GP or menopause clinician.
Blood tests are not routinely needed to identify perimenopause in otherwise healthy people aged 45 or over with typical symptoms. This review does not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment consultation.
A focused fatigue and hair loss screen suitable for adults of any sex.
Laboratory tests: full blood count, ferritin, TSH and vitamin D.
Assessment: fatigue, hair loss pattern and relevant health history, followed by a results summary and GP or dermatology signposting where appropriate. Reproductive hormone concerns require a separate targeted pathway.
A comprehensive metabolic, hormone, deficiency and prostate risk review.
Laboratory tests: HbA1c, full lipid profile, urea and electrolytes with eGFR, liver function, full blood count, testosterone, SHBG, TSH, vitamin D, ferritin, vitamin B12, serum folate and PSA.
