Care
We respect each client as an individual, explain the agreed service and create a calm, private appointment experience.
Orchis IV is a nurse led preventive health, diagnostic screening and health monitoring service, bringing planned blood testing, health assessments, ECGs and blood pressure monitoring into homes and workplaces.
Why we exist
To make it easier for adults to understand, track and monitor their health, notice meaningful changes earlier and access professional services without the practical barriers of a traditional clinic visit.
We collect samples, undertake agreed diagnostic measurements, discuss factual results and signpost clients to appropriate care.
Orchis IV does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe, provide treatment or advise clients to start, stop or change medication. The service does not replace a GP, NHS screening, specialist care, urgent care or emergency services.
Jumoke founded Orchis IV with experience spanning mobile phlebotomy, complex nursing care, clinical operations and multidisciplinary leadership.
Her mobile venepuncture experience includes consent, identity verification, sample collection, accurate labelling, specimen preparation, safe transport, infection prevention and support for clients who feel anxious about blood tests.
As a Clinical Unit Manager, she oversees day to day clinical operations, staffing, care planning, medication processes, risk assessment, incident review, infection prevention and quality improvement. She has also supported nurse development and delivered practical clinical training, including phlebotomy training.
Jumoke holds nursing qualifications and postgraduate education in healthcare management. That combination of clinical and operational experience shapes the Orchis IV approach: professional, mobile, carefully governed and clear about its limits.
Person centred communication, informed consent, safety awareness and appropriate escalation.
Professional collection in homes and community settings, with careful sample handling.
Experience in governance, risk management, incident learning, audit and staff development.
The mobile model should make access easier without weakening clinical standards or accountability.
We respect each client as an individual, explain the agreed service and create a calm, private appointment experience.
We explain the markers, complete price, preparation, consent, results pathway and limits of the service before you commit.
We build around professional sample handling, defined pathways, secure records, review and continuous improvement.
Our ambition is to connect mobile blood testing, cardiovascular monitoring, annual Health MOTs and responsible community screening through one clear service.
Orchis IV Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide the regulated activity of diagnostic and screening procedures.
