What to expect

We’ve designed the journey to be simple, transparent and reassuring at every stage.

1

Choose Your Service

Explore mobile blood collection, health packages, ECG, ABPM and Health MOT options. Each service page explains who it is for and what to expect.

2

Enter Your Location

Add the postcode for the place where you would like your appointment, whether that is your home, workplace or another suitable private setting.

3

Your Travel Zone Is Applied

There are no mileage calculations. Your postcode is matched to a fixed travel charge, and the service price and travel charge are shown together as your complete price.

4

Choose a Date and Review the Full Price

Select a released appointment date and a time from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Your service, package and travel zone fee are shown before you commit.

5

Review the Policies and Pay

Open the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Results Policy and Complaints Policy. If your appointment falls within 14 days, make the separate early performance acknowledgement, then complete secure payment. Corporate and community bookings follow a proposal and invoice pathway.

6

Receive Confirmation and Links

Your appointment confirmation is sent by email. It includes the preparation guidance for your service and a secure service specific consent form that must be completed before the appointment.

7

Your Appointment Takes Place

Your nurse arrives within the confirmed appointment window, verifies the service and completes the collection or diagnostic procedure professionally.

8

Follow Your Results Pathway

The results route varies by service. Private kit results usually come from the test provider; Orchis IV packages and diagnostic services include a clearly explained pathway. Orchis IV may discuss factual results and signpost you to your GP or another appropriate service.

Before we arrive

A little preparation goes a long way.

Your confirmation will contain instructions specific to your service.

Blood collection

Have your kit, request form, labels and photo identification ready. Follow any fasting or timing instructions from your test provider.

Read blood draw guidance

ECG appointment

Wear clothing that allows access to the chest, wrists and ankles. Avoid applying body lotions to the chest on the day.

24 hour ABPM

Wear a loose top and plan a fairly normal day. The monitor should stay on during the agreed recording period.

Important to know

Diagnostic and screening services only.

Orchis IV does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or advise medication changes.

Use NHS 111 or 999 for urgent medical advice as appropriate.
