Your appointment postcode is matched to a fixed travel zone. The service price and travel charge are shown together as one complete price before payment, with no mileage calculations or unexpected charges.
Our service area includes West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey, Brighton and Hove. View our areas covered or enter your postcode during booking to check your address. Greater London is not currently included.
Yes. The priority request form follows the usual service, postcode and date selection steps. Your chosen date and time are a request only. No appointment is confirmed and no payment is taken until Orchis IV reviews availability and contacts you. If agreed, the £20 priority fee, service price and postcode travel charge are confirmed before a secure payment link is sent.
You will be asked to tick a separate, unticked acknowledgement requesting Orchis IV to begin the service during the statutory cancellation period. If you cancel after work has begun, a lawful proportionate amount may be payable. Once the service has been fully completed, the statutory cancellation right ends where the required request and acknowledgement were obtained.
No. Any deduction must reflect documented direct loss caused by the cancellation. The stated percentage is a maximum for the relevant clinical time component, not an automatic fee. Savings and a replacement booking are taken into account, and the same loss is not charged twice.
You can book collection for a recognised private test kit or an existing request from a GP, consultant or clinic. Orchis IV diagnostic packages can be selected directly, subject to their suitability information.
Yes, we can collect many recognised kits, including Medichecks, Numan, Optimale, Thriva and Balance My Hormones. Please ensure your kit is complete and check any provider specific collection requirements.
Only some tests require fasting. Follow the instructions from your kit provider or the preparation information supplied with your Orchis IV package. If unsure, check before your appointment.
Yes. After a confirmed booking, your email includes a link to the preparation guidance for your service. Follow any test specific instructions provided by Orchis IV, your requesting clinician or your kit provider.
For Orchis IV laboratory packages, Orchis IV prepares and dispatches the samples to the laboratory. For third party kits, responsibility for returning the sample follows that provider's instructions and is confirmed during booking. For a GP, consultant or clinic request, the requesting service must confirm its receiving and handling arrangements.
The outcome depends on the cause. Difficult access despite appropriate technique follows the unsuccessful collection pathway. If Orchis IV causes a sample problem, an appropriate free repeat, price reduction or refund is offered. These arrangements never remove statutory rights where the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Orchis IV helps adults understand, track and monitor their health through convenient nurse led appointments. Screening may support earlier awareness of results or measurements that need follow up. Repeated comparable checks can help follow change over time, including agreed monitoring alongside care for an existing diagnosed condition.
No. Screening estimates risk or measures selected markers at a point in time; it does not diagnose every condition or guarantee that no illness is present. New, persistent or worsening concerns should be discussed with your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional.
At home, work or another suitable location with privacy, a safe working surface, handwashing access and enough room to complete the service safely.
Bring photo identification, any kit, labels, test request forms and relevant instructions. For diagnostic appointments, follow the preparation guidance in your confirmation.
Private kit results normally come directly from the kit provider. Every individual Orchis IV blood test package includes an online nurse led result discussion, including when no concern is identified. When your information is ready, you receive a private Results Hub link and a separate single use code by email. The hub can contain the original laboratory report, your Orchis IV summary, measurements and any recorded signposting. Orchis IV explains factual findings within scope but does not diagnose, prescribe or replace ongoing GP or specialist care.
A secure Cliniko link for the service you booked will be sent to your email address after confirmation. Complete the form before your appointment. The nurse will confirm your consent again before the procedure.
No. Orchis IV provides diagnostic and screening services only. We may discuss factual results and signpost you to your GP or another appropriate service, but we do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or advise medication changes.
